- Pay is comical
- Extremely high turn-over
- False promises for compensation. Only about 1/15th of the sales team gets remotely close to Quota.
- Saturated market for VoIP deals. Not nearly enough to go around.
- Well behind competitors in the messaging/API space.
If you are looking to move into telecom for the first time this is not going to be a good place to start. Very unorganized and they create a somewhat hostile environment for working together.
