Officially Bandwidth is a in-office workplace, so full remote is not encouraged. But my experience here has been that WFH is quite widespread and you're only ever expected to come to the office from time to time. Most people come to the office once or twice a week to socialize and enjoy the free food and drinks. People will probably come to the office more often once COVID calms down and we ease into "normal" life again, because they are building new amazing facilities with fantastic facilities for childcare even. It will be fun to see everyone again, though most people will probably keep WFH a part of their working life and skip the commute some days a week in an unofficial hybrid model.
