Pros

NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING!!!!!!!

Cons

100% commission AND they take $250 every month out of your commissions at the Parsippany NJ office for marketing material, office use and the clerical personal. You are required to make over 500+ calls per week. If you make a sale and the client cancels within the 1st YEAR, they will take back your commission (charge back). Plus you use your own car, gas and toll money to go to the appointments. Many times you make an appointment, drive there only to find the person is not home or won’t answer the door. Now you just wasted your time, money and gas. I put 300-500 miles per week on my car. If this is going to be your only income – BEWARE – it is not easy AND it is not a “get rich quick” operation. You better have enough money in the bank to live off of while working here. It is 95% cold calling. They expect you to make 500+ calls per week and call the same leads 2-3 times per day – every day. It is a pyramid operation; management gets a % of your sale.

Pros

Bankers provides award winning training, an elaborate product portfolio and a rapidly growing market. They leverage cutting edge technology: contact and LEAD management, electronic business submission, an incredible proprietary mobile application. I have 11 companies I can be appointed with - making sure my clients get the best program for what they NEED. A great opportunity to receive great training, work with great people and make a great living, all for helping people.

Cons

This opportunity is just that, an opportunity. Those who don't take advantage of it won't think it is a good one. Even successful people deal with a ton of rejection, thick skin is needed. With a 40% closing ratio, I still hear "No" more than "Yes".
