Pros
It's a good place to start insurance selling, they have decent training and go on appointments with you. Overall they have ok support for new agents and help you for the first 2 months. After that you are on your own.
Cons
its 5 years before you own your renewals. They promise qualified leads but 99% of it is cold calling lists. Commissions can be higher at other insurance carriers. You aren't allowed to sell for any other company but bankers which limits your service to the client.
