Pros
Client-focused atmosphere, competitive products, friendly and helpful co-workers. This is the best financial institution that I've ever worked for. Management has a lot of heart. The Bank is small enough to be nimble, but large enough to be capable of competing with larger banks. I think it's just the right size.
Cons
Lacks brand recognition south of Portland. You will need to know the story and be prepared to educate others about it.
