Business Outlook
Pros
The bank has great products which is great on a "sales" perspective. I really enjoy working for the company. Co workers are close and the customers are great! Most customers are known on a name basis which is awesome and very personal. Very easy going environment but can get busy at times as well. No lines out the door or madness though.
Cons
Need to value the hardworking employees more. Pats on the back are great but show them you value them by acknowledging their achievements and ambitious efforts through rewards, pay raises, promotions etc....
