      Pros

      Banner is a fair and strong institution, but a somewhat conservative lender. The bank really wants to offer good products and be a leader in the PNW market. My branch team is also really great and works hard to help me succeed.

      Cons

      Branch positions are all customer service focused, and that really isn't my thing. Talking to people wears me out.

      Good Benefits, Management truly cares about you as an employee, lots of growth opportunities, easy to advance in career, plenty of training opportunities.

      None that I can think of!
