      Rated #1 Regional Bank by Bankrate for a reason! Great bank with excellent products & services, great employee benefits, awesome people in all departments! Terrific culture!

      Cons

      Lower pay for managers than most competitors. Quarterly incentive structure for branch managers needs a make over, unless you think getting a couple hundred bucks every three months makes up for a lower base pay. Annual incentive plan is decent but should also get a bump.

      Good Benefits, Management truly cares about you as an employee, lots of growth opportunities, easy to advance in career, plenty of training opportunities.
