Pros

Branch staff was awesome. Felt like a family. Very fun days.

Cons

Regional management not in tune with staff at all. Layoffs have caused branches to be very stressed and understaffed. Pay is well below industry standards. Benefits can be very expensive when you have to insure more then yourself. Many people are leaving due to regional management lack of empathy and overall attitude to staff. If you don’t suck up to him you are on the chopping block. He is a cancer to the staff he manages. So many unhappy employees. Senior management needs to take a hard look and make changes.

Good Benefits, Management truly cares about you as an employee, lots of growth opportunities, easy to advance in career, plenty of training opportunities.

None that I can think of!
