Pros

- Company Culture: Banner Bank fosters an inclusive company culture. - Community Involvement: Banner Bank is committed to community involvement.

Cons

- Limited Opportunities in Some Locations: Depending on the geographical location, career advancement opportunities and development programs are limited. - Compensation: The compensation and benefits package at Banner Bank are not competitive. Additionally, the salary grade structure has been changed, making it harder to get a raise in certain areas. Employees may need to get a job offer elsewhere to have their salary matched or get promoted, which may lead to challenges in the long term due to limited opportunities for advancement. - Workload and Stress: Due to cutting out valuable positions, they have created a larger workload for all employees, especially in retail banking. As part of the Banner Forward initiative, they delegated more duties to branch staff.
