      Pros

      Great friendly and helpful culture, responsible and accountable leadership that are looking out for their employees all the way to the CEO. Flat corporate structure where you can reach out to anybody, and they will do their best to help you. Sustainably growing company and well respected by their customers and employees.

      Cons

      It is a smaller bank so brand recognition is not always there in the marketplace and some of the technology could be a bit better, but overall very easy to overcome. Again, because it is smaller organization the opportunities for growth might not be available in your market, but leadership doing what they can to mitigate that and help you grow within the company.

      Good Benefits, Management truly cares about you as an employee, lots of growth opportunities, easy to advance in career, plenty of training opportunities.
