Pros

Most of the branch employees are kind and supportive people who genuinely care about the work they do.

Cons

Training opportunities are limited, and the company doesn’t prioritize ensuring employees are fully equipped to succeed in their roles. The branch is often short-staffed, which leads to added pressure on employees to manage heavy workloads and maintain customer service standards without enough help. The pay is lower than other banks, and the benefits are average. Harassment from a coworker was not addressed adequately by management. Management doesn’t focus on creating learning opportunities. There are few opportunities for growth, with limited chances for advancement.

Good Benefits, Management truly cares about you as an employee, lots of growth opportunities, easy to advance in career, plenty of training opportunities.
