Analyst - Applications Analyst Baptist Memorial Health Care Employee Review

There has been a steady decline in moral (and therefore a decreased quality in patient care) for well over a year. I didn't realize how bad it was until moving to a different company. I used to think upper management was ignorant of the low moral. Now I think it is a mixture of apathy and stubbornness preventing the company from making any meaningful changes. Employee surveys don't ask the right questions and the exit survey is a joke. There has been a recent effort to project the image that employees are valued. However, it appears to be lip service only.
