Pros

Management is extremely pleasant and approachable. Where DC struggles to find transparency and jovial workplaces, Barbaricum management facilitated both and made me feel like I mattered, even through relatively trivial problems compared to running an international company.

Cons

It's contract work, you're beholden to the prime or government program manager - and they might suck, but there's nothing Barbaricum can do about it.
