Pros
SOME clients are great. The ones with mental health issues will bite you and hurt you and you're still expected to finish your shift with no medical treatment.
Cons
No body cares, literally. They'll hire anyone so 99% of staff you're sent sit on their phones or do homework. You're mandated to stay for shifts even if you have a medical condition or children there's a chance you'll have to work a 24 hour shift. People are fired and demoted at the drop of a hat because all staff are replaceable and they could care less who's forced to stay cause the shifts have to be covered. House managers are worthless and don't care if you get stuck doing everything while they sit on carelogic all day. They make mountains out of molehills over stupid stuff. The PS's are even worse! Idk where they find these ghetto people that think they can run group homes but it's CLEAR the clients are not the priority. This company only cares about appearances. As long as things look good it doesn't matter if they ARE good. Anyway. Job isn't bad if you find a good grouphone with managers that aren't mean robots that talk down to you. You'll probably be fired within 8 months though like everyone else. No one lasts more than a year anymore unless you treat the house manager like a movie star.
