Driving - Consumers often lived well outside the city, meaning a long commute A lot of gross infantalizing of the ID community from staff, person centered approach wasn't well taught in orientation I was wrongly charged with assault on the job. It didn't matter there was nothing to support the claim. Because the history of abuse against the community everyone had to assume the worst and I had to enter a plea deal to anger management classes to protect myself from judicial bias. The situation would be different if I had my life together, but you should be cautious in this line of work.
