The clients, the kids, and the few coworkers your could trust.
Cons
If it were not for the clients . No one would be there. Staff turn over high due to the hard work and low unlivable wages. Administration bullies a picks apart every flaw and thing you do as soon as a victim Is picked. Administration has no respect for the dwindling pool of people who love the clients they serve. Not welcoming, not a community. Will start out good untill you become the next target to be picked apart. They watch for you to fail a focus on only that.
