Pros
some of the clients are great
Cons
Over worked and grossly underpaid. If you dont eat, sleep and beathe BNI, then you’re not good enough. Abusive clients and managements refusal to take you off the case and if you request to be away from that case, you get threatened with neglect. Some very lazy staff, 3rd shifters sleep and do minimal work. No raises, just some company wide crumbs are given. Management is a JOKE, FMLA requests DENIED, even if you have approved FMLA leave available. Management has threatened and bullied people into coming to work when sick. Staff with confirmed cases of covid forced to work and then sent to other houses to fill in due to being short staffed. Clients that presented with covid symptoms not being quarantined or tested until they were very ill and needed hospitalized. When shutdown began, staff not given options to continue working even though there was plenty of work available. Management saying they would not terminate any healthcare to staff during said shutdown, then staff receving letters 3 days prior to their healthcare being terminated due to the company not wanting to pay. Management trying to sell her lunch at one of the houses to buy cigarettes. Same management bullied and threatened staff when they couldnt or wouldnt comply to her ridiculous demands. HR “losing” paperwork for referral bonuses, just so the company didnt have to pay that out. Not to mention the former HR guy that stole staff information, such as phone numbers etc, who was also stealing medication.
