My tips were always inconsistent and that’s what I relied on since I was the highest paid crew member at $8/hr Manager would promise to train me on other stations or work on management training (3 yrs previous experience was ignored) and never follow through. I worked for over a year with no pay raise, meanwhile the friend that I got hired and trained and who didn’t perform at my level got a good raise after a few months because he threatened to leave and we were understaffed.
