Pros
Coworkers are generally helpful, and the place is cleaner than most restaurants. Customers are only rarely rude or snappy. Food is tasty. Not always busy. Easy "first job."
Cons
Pay is LOW, lower than other restaurants in the area (and even lower than other Barberitos). Pay requires good tips to be worth the time, and tips are split amongst whole staff (which rewards poor performers & punishes harder workers). Management is picky about cleanliness and appearance. Employees must pay for own staff meals. Staff is almost entirely teenagers, and turnover is high.
