      Pros

      A very grown up organisation to work for. Flexible working arrangements, employees well looked after with very good benefits eg leave/holiday, pension etc.

      Cons

      Same as most large corporates I suspect eg red tape, resistance to change (although it is getting better with current leadership),

      few of the teams are slow paced and it is really difficult to get on track with the outside world once got used to it.
