Some of the department management and project managers at this company are actively push to keep someone in their team and stop them from growing out of high school politics. You can have no work, get berated for lack of training and told go figure it out. When you try to get side of desk work they will control and prevent you. Funniest thing is, you can clearly see how offended people become when you ask to grow. They will use carrot on a stick tactics to tell you completing work will get you want you want or speaking to X will allow you to work in that area, but when do everything you get blocked. Nonsense company, if you join great for your CV but immediately move elsewhere when eligible.
