Pros
- You can improve language - You can meet people from many different countries - You can change things (Never loosing attitude needed :-)) - You can learn a lot from collegues
Cons
- You have to be very proactive to build respect - You have to literally reinvent a wheel (Many things are not documented) - You have to handle Corporate mentality and get many, many approvals if you want to change something (But it's definitely possible with Hard work.)
