Pros
Great Pay, 14 day work month, above average benefits, good bunch of colleagues, great multinational exposure.
Cons
Extremely poor methods of measure used to evaluate work. During the hiring process, exceptions are laid out but when one performs as expected, other generic measures are used to evaluate. Management have a tendency to sit on important announcements till the very last min, such as layoffs. Management, even though in a good position to do so, pay very very little attention on the work on the ground, therefore ill-equipped to understand the real world requirements.
