They start outsourcing middle office ops to India now. 2. company keep cutting people and every team runs bare bone. There are so many people and so little resource. 3. ridiculous position-based promotion simply drive good people out of firm because they can not grow within the team. Layback people just stay with the firm until they can fetch fat severance package. 4. bonus sucks big time.
