Pros
Good pay for fresher. Lots to learn for some months. People are cooperative and easy going and open to help and mingle. Open culture. Good office Agile work culture Free transportation. Flexible timing.
Cons
Lots of hierarchical structure No work. Barclay's has monotonous, and repetitive work. But since sometime, it has absolutely no work. Sprint backlog is completely empty after every spring start. Retention rate is low, because people keep leaving, as no new work is given.
