Pros
Barclays is definitely the kind of place where, at least from mid-level and down, the employees are diverse.
Cons
This is also the type of place where if you are not working directly for a business unit, you will get bullied. I worked in New Product Development and ended up leaving because I got tires of being bullied by the business to approve terriblly structured products.
