Pros
Barclays is a great place to build a career in the banking industry. The growth is very rapid and the opportunities are there. Their is constant expansion throughout the country with new acquisitions popping up left and right. Overall, it is a great place to work if you are motivated and work hard.
Cons
A downside is that some middle management is a little soft and some tasks could easily be delegated to other employees and done more effectively.
