Thanks for taking the time to post your views. It is really disappointing to read about your experience with us, clearly not what we want to hear. We have a performance management system that enables both colleagues and managers to provide feedback and gain insight into their strengths and development areas. I am not sure why you did not have access to this for 2 years as that will not deliver the positive and engaging environment that we need for success. I wish you every success in your future career and please don't write us off for future career moves, we can be great to work for as many other reviews show.
