Cons
Constant layoffs and offshoring creating low moral and a political environment. Forced ranking system that places hard working staff into "Does not Meet Objectives" categories to justify the offshore and staff reduction objectives. Limited to no advancement opportunities Senior management changes. ie. 6 management changes in 4 years. Layoffs managed very poorly and people treated very poorly during the exiting process. Quality staff leave once they get settled seeing the lack of advancement, constant reduction in compensation, long hours and highly political environment.
