Pros
9 to 5 job. low pressure. Good colleagues. No weekend works. 40 hours a week. You have a good chance to work with front office.
Cons
Its very hard to move to front office once you are in IT although you have business degree. So looking at it, its kinda unfair. Promotion is not too transparent.
