Pros
There are many talented and good people working here who provide a good atmosphere when the politics are removed from the equation.
Cons
The political and bureaucratic environment here stifles creativity and eliminates the possibility of internal advancement. Senior management is focused on saving their own careers and will not choose the right thing over the action that carries political weight. Layoffs are common and frequent and the well being of mid and low level staff is not of great concern to the company.
