Pros
There are a lot of very able, hard working people at the Firm who really know what they are doing. It is such a shame that there is so much wasted talent. Department management realizes that morale is at an all time low and does what they can to offer perks that they are permitted to offer. Work life balance is decent.
Cons
The employees who actually do know what they are doing at the firm are not promoted, paid or recognized for their hard work. In fact there is no recognition for hard work or going above and beyond for any of the employees in infrastructure. Compensation is poor. Morale is the lowest it has ever been. There is very little faith in the current company management and CEO. Current employees often feel as if they are paying for mistakes others made in the past. Management appears to be satisfied with status quo and affecting any change is very difficult.
