Cons

The pay is really not worth the amount of emotional stress you have to endure. You are essentially the callers financial advisor, therapist or punching bag. They also constantly pitch upward mobility into management, but there are not enough available positions. They keep track of every minute of your down time (bathroom breaks, lunch, clock in and out). You are quite literally chained to your desk because your bonus relies on the amount of time worked and taking calls. You are expected to get to the point where you are taking ~ 100 calls a day. Really an insane experience to work there during the pandemic.

few of the teams are slow paced and it is really difficult to get on track with the outside world once got used to it.
