      Great group of people, real team environment, treat you like and adult and if you are loyal to them, they will be loyal to you

      Cons

      Recently cleaned house. What is left is very different than the old Lehman Brothers. Very little opportunity to move up and the pay sucks since Anthony Jenkins took over as CEO. Also the review process is a joke.

      few of the teams are slow paced and it is really difficult to get on track with the outside world once got used to it.
