Bait and Switch - Anonymous employee Barclays Employee Review

Received call from recruiter almost 90 days ago offering me a position and discussed salary and was informed I would be receiving an offer letter in about 2 weeks because they are running behind due to issues in India. Reached out to the resourcing team for assistance and was informed I would receive an update in 24 -48 hours, that was 30 days ago. I have never had an employer be so unprofessional in regards to the hiring process
