      Benefits are great medical and dental and vision are very good..

      Cons

      Upper management is jorrible..They are into clicks like high school. If one does not like they all dont. They go out of there way to make work time miserable. The management team is not diverse t like they tell you .everything they tell you in orientation is a lie. The issue with checks being wrong and the will not fix it..IT IS A BANK!!! No promotional opportunities unless you in the click

      few of the teams are slow paced and it is really difficult to get on track with the outside world once got used to it.
