Great insurance benefits and 401K

Cons

Not enough support post training, lack of communication, HORRIBLE technology between the IVR and overall system performance always having to task manager and log out of all applications. No response from the NOC when systems go down. Phone agents are left to defend themselves with little to no support. RSO agents do not want to take calls and Fraud/Security never wants to do their job and take calls so the CARE agents are left to do everything. Its like a dumping ground!

few of the teams are slow paced and it is really difficult to get on track with the outside world once got used to it.
