      Pros

      Experience gain, good salary and bonus (for the crisis period), middle and higher management has a low age that allows you to address them with their names.

      Cons

      Lot of responsibilities, factory with machines from 80's with many problems, management that doesn't care about quality but quantity (if it works leave it!).

      Great flexibility and work life balance. Great people and business.

      Cons

      Not much room for career advancement. A lot of decisions are made by the headquarters in Italy and don't always make sense for the US.

      Pros

      Free pasta, knowledgeable coworkers who go above and beyond to help train new people.

      Cons

      Supervisors who don't manage their employees appropriately or fairly. In order to keep your job best to keep your head down. Don't ever give anyone any reason to single you out or your days are numbered even if your a skilled competent technician. There is Noone who will save you from being discarded.
