Pros

Working environment, colleagues, internal canteen, relocation bonus, salary. They are trying to become a "modern" company.

Cons

Instead of hiring new people and train them they prefer to rely on external consultants, so knowledge comes and goes with the consultants. Also having few employees with knowledge on new topics often leaves consultants doing "whatever they want" with costs rising without tangible results. They prefer to hire interns and leave them home at the end of the internship instead of capitalizing the acquired knowledge and having people "grow" internally. Top management is often thinking in the "old" way.

Pros

Great flexibility and work life balance. Great people and business.

Cons

Not much room for career advancement. A lot of decisions are made by the headquarters in Italy and don't always make sense for the US.

Pros

Free pasta, knowledgeable coworkers who go above and beyond to help train new people.

Cons

Supervisors who don't manage their employees appropriately or fairly. In order to keep your job best to keep your head down. Don't ever give anyone any reason to single you out or your days are numbered even if your a skilled competent technician. There is Noone who will save you from being discarded.
