A lot of cons! Even though it not a union establishment, they have no company handbook. They don’t so they cannot be accountable for anything! They can play favoritism with giving the better paid trips to their Brown nosers. It’s a Peyton Place, a lot of BIG EGOS, and a lot of self righteous employees(in every department) ugliest demeanors. Under paid for as much as they keep you gone away from home. They have a big bonus $10,000+( which is technically What is “The Profit Sharing” of their revenue that they offer to their employees. But they deduct money if there is complaints against you, if you decline any job they schedule you, Any damage on buses or company cars, or traffic violations (speeding ticket, parking ticket, etc). That’s why they call it a bonus, but technically that’s revenue that you helped make them and they offer it to you( they get a tax write off for offering that- they shouldn’t be withholding and subtracting from those employees dividends). They just make their own rules so they can do what they want too. Trust No One… Turn Over Rate is high…. I think it’s the drivers and employees that drive ppl away vs the Work it’s self. They pay nothing for your ridiculous high garbage health insurance!!
