Not a long term job good starter - Collections Clerk Barri Financial Group Employee Review

Very stressful enviorment this company does not value their workers i spent too many years giving my all with false promises just to receive 10-15 cent raises . My coworker and I were verbably and mentally abused daily . We raised our concerns more than once to our manager never did we see her take it to hr . They need better training for managers and supervisors , better benefits and hours . The turnover rate is ridiculous because they simply do not care for the workers . Hr is not helpful and hard to contact.
