      Excellent financial package for 401(k)

      Cons

      Company treats all employees as children and micro manages all aspects of task execution. Management takes little time to understand work of employees and adapting policies to task and work.

      Pros

      Upper management is super transparent and works directly with you to find positions within the company if you want a change of pace. Supports some great contracts and has interesting work for their employees. Incredible people to work with. Compared to other sub-contractors, the pay is slightly higher, bonuses too.

      Cons

      My contract manager is more hands-off than I would like, but that's personal preference too.
