Pros
good benefits good people around you good product
Cons
-Management treats employees as though they are beneath them - Equity is never explained in detail and is unheard of getting unless you're in management or were there in the very early days. -Very bad need to hire competent management. There are Account Executives there with more leadership experience than middle-line management and it shows. - Company manages by fear. This is Silicon Valley. There is tons of opportunity for candidates everywhere they look. You've lost key employees because of this. - Enterprise sales team here is a joke. No one does anything on the team accept wait for slam dunks to enter the funnel. The team is not held to the same standards SMB and MM are held to. - San Francisco office is so small and loud it's unprofessional. Customers would constantly say something about the noise. - low AE base salary. Revised comp plan is a joke
