They provide the support and tools needed to succeed with a lot of opportunity to grow within the organization if you so desire. BaseCamp Franchising has a true work/life balance as I witness happy, fulfilled employees each & every day. The kitchen is well stocked with snacks, drinks and lunch options and is greatly appreciated by all.

Basecamp Franchising has some of the best leadership this industry has to offer and it is an absolute dream to work here. The culture and work life balance is unmatched. If you ever align with the roles we have available you should absolutely give it a shot. The work is unique and rewarding and the opportunities are limitless. The new CEOs and the tech leadership we have here today are comprised of the kind of people you would be proud to associate with and I have no hesitation navigating our challenges under their direction.

Cons

The pay may not be quite on par with the growth and expectations in the area. The benefits are also so so, but I think premiums are skyrocketing everywhere and the effort this company takes to acknowledge this and do the best they can is noted.
