Basecamp was a great place to explore my skill set and gain experience, Plus, great snacks.

Cons

I often felt overwhelmed, undervalued, and stressed out. Nepotism is rampant on the executive team which has resulted in an unorganized and inefficient workplace.

Basecamp Franchising has some of the best leadership this industry has to offer and it is an absolute dream to work here. The culture and work life balance is unmatched. If you ever align with the roles we have available you should absolutely give it a shot. The work is unique and rewarding and the opportunities are limitless. The new CEOs and the tech leadership we have here today are comprised of the kind of people you would be proud to associate with and I have no hesitation navigating our challenges under their direction.

Cons

The pay may not be quite on par with the growth and expectations in the area. The benefits are also so so, but I think premiums are skyrocketing everywhere and the effort this company takes to acknowledge this and do the best they can is noted.
