Pros

This is a company that has a positive impact in being sustainable and affordable as well as helping people achieve owner their own company and helping communities. I love working at a job I know is making a positive impact in the world. This company most recently has new owners. These owners are by far the hardest CEOs I have ever known they come in hours before and stay hours after everyone else. They want their employees to have a career path and not just be placed at a dead end. Their passion creates an atmosphere that is infectious. I couldn't speak more highly of this company.

Cons

Because this is a franchise company that is growing world wide there are growing pains. This company has also been very transparent with those.

Pros

Basecamp Franchising has some of the best leadership this industry has to offer and it is an absolute dream to work here. The culture and work life balance is unmatched. If you ever align with the roles we have available you should absolutely give it a shot. The work is unique and rewarding and the opportunities are limitless. The new CEOs and the tech leadership we have here today are comprised of the kind of people you would be proud to associate with and I have no hesitation navigating our challenges under their direction.

Cons

The pay may not be quite on par with the growth and expectations in the area. The benefits are also so so, but I think premiums are skyrocketing everywhere and the effort this company takes to acknowledge this and do the best they can is noted.
