Pros
This is a great place to learn and follow your passion. It's a small company - which means lots of opportunity to stretch laterally and perform different functions. Many of the employees have been there a long time, and generally it's a great group to work with. The work is interesting, and involves a lot of problem solving to help people better manage their business. Management is passionate and engaged (the president works harder than any employee) and is flexible with employee's lifestyle. It's also very possible to move up with hard work and the correct positioning.
Cons
Sometimes high stress- due to a culture where people often volunteer for more than they can really handle. Franchise owners can be frustrating and difficult to deal with at times.
