Pros

It's a small company so everyone knows everyone and is pretty close. The CEO works right along side the employees and knows everyone by name. They are very flexible with schedules, especially if you have a family. They make every employee feel welcome. We have monthly meetings with lunch provided and get yearly raises and bonuses. Job description is very satisfying if you like customer service. You get to talk to Franchise Owners on a daily basis and build a relationship with them.

Cons

You hardly get recognized for your hard work. I don't expect a reward for doing my job, but just a simple phrase of, "You're awesome! Good job for handling that" would be nice, just to know I'm appreciated. Inequality between employees. All the moms in the office get to work either a few days or full time at home. When I had my kiddo, I was denied to work from home 1 day, even though I could do my entire job from home. Don't approve it for other employees and reject for one. Company has health benefits, but they're not that great. Not a lot of room for advancement within the company, but you're eligible for a raise every year.

Pros

Basecamp Franchising has some of the best leadership this industry has to offer and it is an absolute dream to work here. The culture and work life balance is unmatched. If you ever align with the roles we have available you should absolutely give it a shot. The work is unique and rewarding and the opportunities are limitless. The new CEOs and the tech leadership we have here today are comprised of the kind of people you would be proud to associate with and I have no hesitation navigating our challenges under their direction.

Cons

The pay may not be quite on par with the growth and expectations in the area. The benefits are also so so, but I think premiums are skyrocketing everywhere and the effort this company takes to acknowledge this and do the best they can is noted.

Cons

owning a business isn't for everyone, competition is hard in some areas (do your research), dealing with minimum wage employees
