Very Disappointing - Anonymous employee Basis Technologies Employee Review

With all of the articles and statements from employees saying how great it was to work there, it did not live up to the hype at all. From my first day there, it was an absolute mess. They provided zero supplies and expected me to get projects done. I had no computer, and did not receive one for a week, and was expected to do work for digital campaigns. There is a weird cult-like following of the CEO, and he obviously does not care about his employees since he laid off 4% of the company 10 days before Christmas.
